1. Where do I key in the Promo Code when you have a promotion happening?

When you click on the shopping cart, choose View Bag to review your items and there will be a field for you to enter the Promo Code.

2. How soon can I get my parcel after ordering?

We offer next day shipping. The cut off time for next day pick up or delivery is 2pm. For now, we do not accept orders for pick up or delivery on Sundays and Mondays.

3. What are your Pick-up and Delivery schedule?

Tuesday to Saturday

10am to 1pm
1pm to 6pm
6pm to 930pm

10am to 2pm
2pm to 6pm (Not available for Sat)

4. What are your shipping charges?

Self-collection at our concept store is free. Standard chilled delivery is $25. Additional $15 for delivery to Sentosa. If your oder is needed urgently, please call 6463 4689 (Mon-Fri, 10am - 5pm) and we will try our best to accomodate accordingly.

5. Where do I pick up my parcel?

It will be ready for collection at our showroom located at 18 Greenwood Avenue, Hillcrest Park, Singapore 289212.

6. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most parts of the mainland of Singapore subject to certain restrictions from our delivery partners. We deliver to Sentosa Island but we do not deliver to surrounding Singapore islands like Pulau Ubin, Jurong Island etc.

7. How is my parcel delivered?

We want to make sure that you get your cheese in good condition by insisting on chilled delivery service. It is a more expensive than normal delivery but it is all worth it.

8. What if I am not home to receive the delivery?

We will send you a reminder when the parcel has been shipped to avoid such situations. However, if it does happen, same day re-delivery charges are at $5. You will have to pay the delivery man directly. To re-arrange for delivery on another day, you will be charged $25 or $40 (Sentosa Island). 9. How do I keep my cheeses after receiving my parcel?

Please store your cheeses in the refrigerator below 8 degrees Celsius but not the freezer as it will affect the taste and texture.


10. Can I return the cheese and other products after I have received them?

As these are food products, we do not offer returns or refunds on your order once it has been delivered.

11. Who do I contact if I notice a mistake in my order?
