A soft, decadent triple cream cheese with a velvety white rind from the Bourgogne region of France. It has an ivory coulored paste, a smooth and creamy texture, and a slightly salty flavour wiht hints of butter and cream.

Brillat Savarin was the Silver winner at the 2010 World Cheese Awards. Perfect with champagne.
