The use of the website services is for personal use only. You agree that you will only register one account as a user. Instances of multiple accounts per user will result in the additional accounts being closed, and all credits (if any) attached to the additional accounts will be forfeited and terminated. 8. Accuracy and Availability of Online Orders

The cheeses are cut fresh when we receive your order. Every endeavour is made to cut each cheese to the exact unit quantity ordered. You agree to a 10% variation in the cheese weight.While we maintain a strict control on our inventory, we do run out of items at times. Should such a situation arise, we will contact you via email after we first attempt to contact you by phone. If we do not get a response from you by the time the order is dispatched, you agree that we can remove that item(s) from your order and dispatch the rest of your order to you, and that the difference in value will be refunded to you within 30 days.On the odd occasion that we make a mistake on your order, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, but The Cheese Artisans Pte Ltd will not be liable for any damages and you agree not to make any claims against the company as a result of the mistake.

9. Product Appearance and Description

We have made every effort to display the appearance of our products as accurately as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, colours, dimensions, specifications, descriptions and packaging. We may from time to time alter the product specifications of items displayed on our website without prior notice. The packaging of our products may also vary from time to time, but this will not affect the contents.

We do not offer any return or refund policy on the goods sold.

11. General, Governing law and jurisdiction

You may not transfer any rights or obligations you may have under these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to transfer or to subcontract any right or obligation under these terms and conditions at our sole discretion without your consent.
