The following rules may be modified from time to time. Continued use of the service by you will constitute your acceptance of any subsequent changes or revisions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use the service.
1. Use of Service
The use of the website services is for personal use only. You agree that you will only register one account as a user. Instances of multiple accounts per user will result in the additional accounts being closed, and all credits (if any) attached to the additional accounts will be forfeited and terminated.
The service shall be used for lawful purposes only and that you will not use any obscene or offensive language, or place on the service any material is false, defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful.
Further, you may not place on the service any material that is encrypted, constitutes junk mail or unauthorized advertising, invades anyone’s privacy, encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, national or international law or regulation. Under Singaporean law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By placing an order for alcoholic beverages on our website you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

8. Accuracy and Availability of Online Orders
The cheeses are cut fresh when we receive your order. Every endeavour is made to cut each cheese to the exact unit quantity ordered. You agree to a 10% variation in the cheese weight.
While we maintain a strict control on our inventory, we do run out of items at times. Should such a situation arise, we will contact you via email after we first attempt to contact you by phone. If we do not get a response from you by the time the order is dispatched, you agree that we can remove that item(s) from your order and dispatch the rest of your order to you, and that the difference in value will be refunded to you within 30 days.
On the odd occasion that we make a mistake on your order, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, but The Cheese Artisans Pte Ltd will not be liable for any damages and you agree not to make any claims against the company as a result of the mistake.
9. Product Appearance and Description
We have made every effort to display the appearance of our products as accurately as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, colours, dimensions, specifications, descriptions and packaging. We may from time to time alter the product specifications of items displayed on our website without prior notice. The packaging of our products may also vary from time to time, but this will not affect the contents.
10. Return and Refund Policy
We do not offer any return or refund policy on the goods sold.
11. General, Governing law and jurisdiction
You may not transfer any rights or obligations you may have under these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to transfer or to subcontract any right or obligation under these terms and conditions at our sole discretion without your consent. If any term or provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such term or provision shall not affect the other terms or provisions, or the whole of these terms and conditions, but such term or provision shall be deemed modified to the extent deemed necessary to render such term or provision enforceable, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly, preserving to the fullest permissible extent the intent of the parties and the purposes of these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an agency, partnership or joint venture between The Cheese Artisans and you. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of these terms and conditions under the Singapore Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B). These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
