      Description

      Aged for a minimum of 10 months, this summer Beaufort is an ancient cheese, made from Beaufort cows breed milk. This pale straw coloured cheese has a smooth texture and a complex flavour with hints of alpine flowers due to the pastures that the cows were fed on. The finish is intense, spicy and lingers very pleasantly.
