Perhaps the most recognised of Swiss cheese. Aged for 12 months+, these cheeses are made exclusively with unpasteurised summer cows’ milk ensuring a depth of flavour & taste thanks to the high quality milk. The flavour is rich & buttery with a firm granular paste that offers a sweet nutty finish.
