From the province of Overijssel, this goat gouda is made using traditional drainage pots so the curds and whey can naturally separate. Aged for 4 months, it has a creamy soft texture and a full, slightly sweet flavour. Top prize winner of cheese contest in Wisconsin (USA). Pairs well with white wines and also stronger drinks such as vodka.
