– A bright light straw yellow, with strong fresh fruit aromas, exuded grapefruit, lemon, citrus and other aromas, with a hint of vanilla, toast. Full bodied with active acidity and a balanced, fresh fruit finish.

– Grape, food additives (potassium pyrosulfite)
– 75 Hectares (Site 16 total planted area)
– Loam, Silt loam mainly
– Low temperature harvest at night on 13-28 of Sep
– Low temperature natural clarification, 15-20 days temperature-controlled fermentation (13-18c)
– 8 months, 25% French Oak (10% New Oak)
– 95% Chardonnay, 5% Riesling
